I have recently revamped my program, and making new goals. My goals are not focused on numbers, pounds, calories, but instead on commitment. I am commited to focusing on my nutrition, on getting healthy foods, and feeding myself for fuel not pleasure.

Another commitment is to exercise. Our bodies were designed to move, and while I dont have a sedentary job, my body is used to walking throughout the day, so I must challenge my self in different ways. Ive set a goal to attend at least two exercise classes a week to increase my motivation and provide new ideas/challenges.

Last night I tried "hard core abs" offered at my gym, oh and it hurts so good. Yoga tonight, pool tomorrow.
