Nike + tracker with ipod nano

Does anyone else use one of these? I have been using it for years and LOVE love love it! For those who dont know what it is.....a little sensor fits into the sole of your shoe. You can buy Nike+ shoes for about 80buck or I have adapted my regular running shoes with it. Then a tiny USB plugs into your ipod nano. The two "talk" to each other and it tracks everything about your walk/run. It tracks, pace, distance, time and can even coordinate your ipod music to it. When you first get it going you calibrate both a known walking distance and a running distance. I use a treadmill so I can get a close to perfect measurement. If you have an exceptionally good work out(distance or time), Lance Armstrong or some Brazilian chick congratulate you into your headphones(that's pretty awesome) When you get home, plug your ipod into your computer and you can go to the Nike+ website and it will show your walks/runs in crazy detail. You can look for buddies and challenge friends and yourself on the site. It's really fun and I'm hooked on it. The bummer thing is, the non-replaceable batteries in the shoe sensor run out after quite a while. So when that happens you have to buy the whole set up again. Good news is the whole set up is ONLY 30 BUCKS!!! Such a great price for such an amazing tool. I have only gone through 2 sensors in about 4 yrs but there were LONG periods of time I wasn't using it. I love taking long crazy walks with the hubby then being able to look at my ipod and say "hey we already walked 4.7 miles!" or "uh oh we only went .8 miles, keep going!". Well my sensor just went out again and I need to buy a new one. Until then I am using the pedometer feature on my ipod nano. Does anyone know an average distance per, lets say 5000 steps?
If anyone has any questions about the Nike+ let me know I'm sure I can help!!!!!
