Good Cardio, Bad Calories

I had a great day for getting in Cardio minutes. Went for an hour walk with my son outside. It was colder than the last few days with no sun, but at least we got it in before the rain started. Plus this evening I went walking with a friend for an hour in our local school. Felt great...but now my legs & low back are a little sore. Good thing tomorrow is my low cardio minute day.

On the other hand I went a little over-board with the calories. I was doing great until I decided I earned a dessert. When I was looking at the container, I read the serving size wrong & gave myself a double serving (thinking it was only one). Then when I went to enter it into the tracker, I realized my mistake & ended up with double the calories. I went over my calorie range for the day. Guess I'll have to watch my serving sizes a little closer next time...but it did taste good!
