Fell off the Wagon- BUT kept the weight off!!

Hello all!!

I started SparkPeople about a month ago, and have had GREAT success!! I have lost a total of 13 lbs, and am still loosing!!

Recently- over the past couple of weeks, I have not been feeling so good, and so I delved back into my old ways. However, I have been able to sustain the weight loss, and am now back on track and ready to ROCK AND ROLL!!!

It is really helpful to have this community and all the support that comes along with it. I was still checking in, and spinning the wheel, but I hadn't been exercising. I'm about to take a walk now, and have already consumed a couple of glasses of water- I gotta say, I feel great!!

Keep up the good work everyone!! WE CAN DO IT!!

    Good for you jumping back on the wagon. It's about making this a habit and starting every morning with logging your breakfast and it will come naturally from there.

    welcome back, keep up the momentum to get back to activity. i stopped exercising for a while and it took a bit for the weight to catch up, but when it did, it really did.. so u can go a little bit without exercising and not notice too much damage, i've found, but at some point it can catch up!!! im glad u are back and ready to go again, also glad ur feeling better! emoticon
