Days 18, 19, & 20 of Lent

Day 18:
Breakfast- Turkey sausage, berries, 1 boiled egg
Snack-Strawberry/banana smoothie :)
Lunch- NONE (still full from smoothie)
Dinner-2 slices of all cheese pizza, celery & tomatoes with ranch

7 cups of water! :) Also did yoga this morning! Loved it..

Day 19:
Yoga workout again :) So refreshing!
Breakfast-banana and yogurt
Lunch- turkey burger on wheat bun & fries :( Ugh i know
Dinner-just munched on grapes and mini wheats

8 cups of water!

Day 20:
Breakfast-Strawberry/banana smoothie :)
Lunch- Chicken, string beans, cooked carrots
Dinner-Baked popcorn shrimp

6 cups of water! :)
