Day 1 of a new attitude

Still feeling sick with the flu, but that is not going to stop me from getting ME accomplished! I still got up this morning, and even though i could not run, i walked at 3.5 mph on the treadmill for 50 minutes (watched Lost Season 2).

I ate a healthy breakfast consisting of cheerios and milk (all measured), put the kids on the bus and off to work I went!

Came home, at a healthy lunch instead of picking up fast food and soon, i will get on the treadmill again - more so cause i need to know about that biatch Anna Lucia from Lost who just shot Shannon!

So far, my steps are at 12000...

I'm trying!

    you are awesome! I will admit that someitmes when I get sick I just let myself go but you are doing great! I am motivated to do the same when I get sick again. Hope you get better soon!
