Been Eating - Not Happy

Took a few weeks to eat whatever I wanted - with little or no exercise. Put on a few pounds but when I tried to hunker down and didn't seem to get any traction. No big deal. Today I'm going to try and shake it off and start the new.
Please help me get back on track today-remove the desire to eat in an unhealthy way. Please help to remove the guilt and shame of falling off course. Help restore my sanity just for today.
