logging food is easy but exercise is motivation

I've been trying for two years to make progress on weight loss and here's what I've figured out.

1) Each time I try again, logging food becomes easier and easier, because I've already entered my favorites, put recipes in my sparkrecipe box and figured out a lot of workable menu plans. So for me logging is easy this time and there's no excuse.

2) When I first joined spark, i resisted all exercise and pretty much refused to do it. But my body is shouting to me that it needs workouts or I'm going to be unable to move around without pain. So I joined a gym in the fall and tried to go once a week. Even that made me feel so much better that I am now highly motivated to go. And every time I exercise and do weights, I am more motivated to log food too. Now I'm going to the gym every other day and am highly motivated by how great I am feeling for the first time in years.
