Adding Variety to My Exercise

I finally got a bicycle! I'm trying to add some variety to my workouts. It's been some time since I've ridden a bicycle. My kids were young and I was always walking with the stroller.

Today I took a bike ride with my daughter. We had a good time. It brought back memories of the love I had for my bike as a kid and the freedom it gave me. I shared this with my daughter. She loves her bike just as much! She's interested in learning a lot of "tricks" on her bike. LOL.

I felt carefree riding my bike today. It certainly didn't feel like exercise!
