Goals for March 8th-13th

I don't want to make too many goals and then get discouraged if I don't make it..so I'm going to give myself THREE goals!
**Do Chalean Extreme FIVE days this week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday)
---ONE day of additional cardio
**Drink a minimum of 64oz of water EVERYDAY
**Get a minimum of 7hrs of sleep each day
