dressing room mirrors..bad or good.(Journey FROM the extreme..Part 1)

Havent been around in almost 2 years. I quit the gym. Quit everything. Tried to eat ok. I Guess.
Went to try on some clothes at the mall for some spring dresses. Looked in the mirror and was like *ugh*. So here I am..goal is 20 pounds. I dont plan to go to the extremes I did for training for competition, but as long as I can feel healthier and like what I see in the mirror. But I see my pics when i was seriously in shape and will I be able to find that happy medium? I guess we will see.

I started reading my old blogs. WOW. I put so much into it. Why did I let it all go to hell. I know why. Because Im all or nothing kinda person. Im tired of failing again.

    It is great to have you back ! What ever happened at least you know you are capabale of doing it because you have done it before. What ever you do follow youre heart yes you put a lot in to it before if that truly fufilled you and made you happy then do it again or like you said if something between then and now something more in the middle will sufice then go for that. Just know that what ever point you are at you are still an inspiration youre pictures show that the imposible is posible. Take good care.
