I think I am a turtle b/c it seems like I am moving so slow. I actually made it to 32 minutes on my Wii today. emoticon I am going to try again later to get another 30 minutes in, but we will see. I am trying to work my way back up to doing more, but it seems like it is slow. I know I will get there!!! I am going to try to clean a little bit. Some movement is better than no movement!

Update: I got another 31 minutes today!!! My final total today was 63 minutes!!! emoticon

    I actually am a turtle too! I focus on the slow and steady lifelong path than the fast and furious. This way I can create a healthy lifestyle and keep the weight off forever, rather than lose and gain and lose and gain like I have in the past.

    Hey, keep yourself at 31 minutes through the end of this weekend. Move up a couple minutes next week, whatever you can handle, and maintain THAT for one week, and so on. Stay within the limits that the Spark People site helps you set. Turtle-ing (like my new word?) is THE way to go! This is how you build endurance; otherwise, you just injure muscle tissue & burn yourself out.
