Almost a month

I am struggling a little, now, even though I am tracking. I do fine during the week, and then on the weekend I have far less structure, and find myself eating for all kinds of reasons, mostly emotional. Bored, lonely, stressed, any of these reasons work. Then, of course, I'm hard on myself for eating more than I wanted to, and then the cycle starts again. I need some new ideas to break the cycle. I need something that would be just as powerful as eating. For me, that's not phoning a friend, or reading or taking a bath. Maybe blogging is the answer. Maybe shopping! Of course that could be dangerous to the budget. Hmmm. More to follow.

    Blogging and reading others blogs helps keep my mind off of food. You couldn't tell it by my weight gain this week. emoticon

    I wish I knew a good answer for you.. but I suffer from the same problem. I've been trying to get up and go walk on my treadmill when I find myself doing that but, well, I can't say I'm real successful at it, lol. Good luck and if you find a solution let me know!
