Yes I Did! And that's my story and I'm sticking to it! Final Answer! I am Determined, Dedicated, and Committed to make it work this year! Done being the Fat Girl! Done being the Little Ol' Lady! I weighed myself this morning at 166.0. My goal is 150.0. It CAN and Shall be done! No more Excuses! No more being too tired! I want to live and strong and healthy life in my 50s and beyond.....

Just do it!
