Yesterday's Weigh In. UGH!!!

Ok, last week, I decided to kick it up a notch. Intead of doing 30 mins of cardio, I kicked it up to 45 mins each session. emoticon I stayed within calorie range all week and even managed to survive last weekend without over indulging. I was really looking forward to Friday because I just KNEW I was going to be down. Well, i got on the scale and it was up 2.5!!!! I don't understand it. I worked my butt off last week. I was VERY disappointed. Although I know my clothes fit better and my stomach doesn't poke out as much, I REALLY needed to see that scale go down. emoticon

Unfortunately, this set my day off on the wrong foot. The hubby and I were discussing something totally unrelated to my weight and I had a melt down. I started crying (something I never do) emoticon My husband didn't know WHAT to do. He tried comforting me but didn't really know why I was crying. So he tries to lighten the mode by saying, "Wow, this reminds me of that episode on Everybody Loves Raymond when Debra just started crying out of nowhere and Ray didn't know what to do." emoticon Anyway, I finally calmed down but I noticed I was aggravated at work all day even though I only worked 4 hrs yesterday. Bottom line, I know I shouldn't let the scale do this to me, but it did! I"m not going to quit like I usually do though. I'm pressing forward, and I WILL get through this. emoticon
