Can't Believe it's March !!!!!!!!

Friday, March 05, 2010

I been fighting through a tough months, trying to loose some weight. I been on Usana, but at this time can't afford it as of now. So I am gaining some of the weight back on and hope it comes back off. It's hard to keep it off and trying to loose it again. We just had family pictures and I can see it thought the pictures...I really need to get the weight off and keep it off. Having problems with my back because of the arteries and gaining the weight is not helping it at all. I still am going to curves, this week was not good because of my back. Hope this week is better for me...... emoticon

I wish you all the best in your weight loss efferts. Do you know why you keep gaining? Is it medication induced, or are you just straying from your program?

Perhaps it might help if you had a buddy for accuntability purposes. You and your buddy check in with each other everyday and be completely honest with each other

emoticon Take it slow and steady. Getting to my goal helped my back tremendously! I'd had back surgery and the doctor told me if I didn't lose 50 lbs. I'd be back in for more surgery. Well, I lost 70 lbs. and have no more issues with it. Hang in there!
