Smoked Pork Panini

Thin slices of the pork from the night before, on those new 'skinny' hamburger buns, with goat cheese, spinach, thinly sliced red onions, and Vidalia Onion dressing. YUM!

To those of you who have recently sacrificed animals for me, it seems to have worked - bp was down significantly this am but still called doc - think the meds need to be upped a bit. I wonder how much of it was the overall effect of yesterday's procedure?

Oh, and about those animals - bring 'em over and I'll cook up and we'll eat 'em. Waste not, want not!
