okay, ive been excersising. but all it seems to do is make me fatter. and today im really soar and dont think i can do anything. i wanted to start walking today but i hurt and still have to make it through work today... this is harder than i thaught.

    Exercise won't make you fatter, but it can slow up weight loss because muscle is denser (heavier) than fat. Nothing good is easy. Keep plugging away at it. Good luck.

    Remember that muscle weighs more than fat!! I know it's frustrating..I was there last week!! Keep at it and remember to measure your inches too...sometimes I gain weight but loose inches and that makes me feel better!! Good luck!!
