This morning, I started my day with no excuses. I got up at 6 am and went for a run. I ran slowly for 1.75 miles. I ran as fast as I could go, and maintain for 30 minutes. Then, I came home and did a circuit of body weight exercises for 10 minutes. I did 3 sets of 12, pushups, tricep dips, squats, lunges, and sit ups. I feel fantastic! What a great way to start my day! I have a 6 month old, and I didn't use the "I didn't get enough sleep last night" excuse for not getting my work out in. I am sooo proud of myself! Now I need to decide to do this everyday but Sunday, and I know that I will start to shed my unsightly body fluff. Have a fabulous day all.
