I'm at goal weight! (again)

I couldn't believe it when I stepped on the scale this morning! I lost 1 pound each of the last 2 days to make my goal weight 4 days before my birthday! I really need to make sure that I stay good and don't gain it back. This time seems different. I hope it is. I feel more in control of my eating and my exercise is more consistent. I used to look at exercise as a way to get to my goal weight. Now I look at it as a way to stay healthy, prevent heart disease (it runs in my family), improve my mood (depression runs in my family also), and have fun! There are a couple of birthday cakes in my break room at work and I'm really not tempted. My son asked me last night if we could stop at DQ for a blizzard. I said no. Again, I wasn't even tempted. I believe I've finally made this "a lifestyle change". Hopefully it will be a consistent one!
