i excersised for 30 minutes but ate some cookies before hand. i'd like to take some new before pictures and then later some after pics. also on the 10th i plan to buy another workout video so im not just working at the gym. and tomarrow i want to walk an hour. and hopfully keep that up for 5 days a week at least.
