    Oh girl you are so very lucky to have a spare room that you CAN change up. I don't have much company, but when I do, I have to have that room for a bed. So GO FOR IT GIRL! Good luck to you...

    What a great idea! You can even put quotes of encouragement on the walls like they have in the Biggest Loser gym. Someday I hope to have a gym of sorts in my apartment/house. I reallllllllly want an exercise machine.

    What a great idea! If you have the space do it, it will be a concrete/tangible reminder of your commitment to fitness so go for it! Adding your collage on the wall where you can see it while exercising would be a daily reinforcement as well! emoticon

    I am jealous! I want a workout room so bad! i think it would be so motivating to have a room devoted to fitness. You should definitely do it! I think mirrors are always a good idea for workout spaces, it keeps your form in check. Good luck!
