More Food Porn! And a picture of where Lala is going (no, it's not hell)

This was part of last night's dinner. I brined a whole pork loin for five days, then smoked it. It was absolutely divine - the brine was from a French recipe and the flavors of thyme, clove, garlic and maple smoke melded perfectly.



Cambridge, England. Lala, you're going to LOVE it there! I'm so excited for you!
