    oooh i went through a major hummus-and-tomato-on-ww-pita phase. i usually indulge myself in august when the tomatoes are cheap and awesome instead of the poor replicas on the shelves right now! pepper strips are a divine snack. you could definitely go for more than a tablespoon or two of hummus, though! nothing wrong with layering it on a bit!
