March 2, 2010 Check-in and Progess WOW what a difference a few weeks make :)

Okay, I am so excited that I am meeting my goals, and hopefully I can continue to make progress. I am currently at 158 lbs and hope to meet my 154 lb goal for March 20, 2010. I am working hard!

    Hi! I read Master your Metabolism and it scared me too. Such a great book. I have started eating Organic for the last week and am trying to get rid of as much processed food as possible. I feel better after one week and I am so glad to hear that you have done it for a few weeks and it's working.
