CLX Day 1

Today I completed Chalean Extreme Day 1. I did the fitness test and measured first so hopefully I'll see results at the end of the program! It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be but I need to get adjustable weights or something, these little 3 pounders aren't going to last me long!

Weight: 164.5
Waist: 34
Hips: 42
Thighs: L-25 R-24.5
Chest: 37
Upper arms: L-13 R-13
Calves: L-16 R-16

    I'm looking into starting this workout too. I can't wait to see how you do. What does the fitness test involve? By the thighs L/R are different sizes does that happen? Silly question... lol

    I know you gals hate me on the sapphires, but I'd suggest you pick up 10, 12, 15 and 20's maybe 30's (for squats). You should get the hexagon type dumbbells as those are the most effective (buy them used much cheaper). You could always invest in Power Blocks or Bowflex adjustables but they are fairly expensive. Anything lower than 10 lbs, and you won't really utilize CE for what it is. Slow, Heavy and proper form. Wishing you the best with your fitness success!
