Wonder why it is so hard once you get older. I'm 61 and I have to be ever vigilant to keep my calories down and my activity up. I've lost my original 30 pound goal and I've set a new goal. I've started my aqua aerobics and want to add some wii into it gradually. Had a lot of medication problems (which probably helped with the weight loss) and I'm hoping that now that the medication problems are solved I'll still keep losing weight.
