I guessed on Sunday that I'd gained back up to about 286--well, I missed it by a few pounds. Like six point 2--and NOT in my favor. So I'm back up to almost where I started a year ago. Almost, but not quite. I guess I can hold onto that, anyway.
So today I started tracking my nutrition again, after months of just eating whatever I felt like eating--including a pint of Ben and Jerry's once or twice a week. Yikes!! see, I KNOW why I am the size I am--knowing why is not the problem. ;)
I do know one thing, though--I'm not jumping right back on the wagon. That way if I fall off, it won't be so far to the ground. I'll just run alongside it awhile..........hey, does that count as cardio?? ;)
