Well, that lasted seven months...but 10-15 pounds has crept back into my life, I would like it to leave again. I tried upping fresh fruits and veggies and exercise, but it's not budging. A friend called and said, "Tomorrow is March 1st. I'll go back to SparkPeople if you will!" Now, I never actually left, because I've been tracking all sorts of goals, exercise, and fruits/veggies and water, but I know that isn't enough all the time. So, as of March 1st, I will track food. We'll see how that goes. March 1st was already really enlightening...
