Make the most of winter...

Winter usually means staying indoors and laying around dreaming of spring to arrive. I've decided to make the most of winter this year and haven't looked back. I found myself ice skating more, sledding with the family, and going cross country skiing with my daughter.
Doing this has helped me not only to pass the winter months, but also STAY ACTIVE. When I go visit friends and family I haven't seen in a while and they take notice to the weight that I've loss. Makes it very reassuring, knowing that I've done my part of watching what I eat, exercising, and staying with a program that works for me.
Making the most of winter, is the best thing to do. Don't let cold weather slow you down, keep up with it and before you know it, Spring has arrived and you are already ahead and ready to tackle that next goal!
