So...I've found that I can make myself do something I don't really want to do. When I have the time to exercise is in the evenings. That's usually when I want to just relax after a long work day. I got through the first week burning more calories than I had scheduled due to a snow storm and shoveling that needed to be addressed. I was really wishing I still had one of my stepsons still living here! This was one time I really disliked having my hubby out on the road. I got through it...and got some good exercise in. That was how I got myself to do it...reminded myself what good exercise it is. It was so good that I skipped my walking for a few days because I had already gone well past the calories I had scheduled to burn last week.
My next goal: start walking during lunch time. I usually bring a lunch and eat at my desk, so it will be good for me to get out of the office for a little bit to get some exercise!
