My goals for March 2010

I have really been slacking the last several months (a year?), so it is time to get into the groove. I have a few new goals that I think will head me in the right direction. First, I want to up my water intake to 8 glasses a day. I think this will help me by flushing out my system and giving me the hydration I will need for my second goal which is to exercise for 60 minutes every other day. I will break it down to 20 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes strength training, and 20 minutes on the stationary bike. I hope to be able to bump up the cardio to 60 minutes at a time after about two weeks on this plan. My third goal is to use fruits and veggies as my snacks this month. I will still allow myself some ice cream ( my biggest vice) once a week as a reward for being good the rest of the week.
