its march and im not gonna stop now

im back. in the year 2008 i had lost 50lbs in 6 months. pretty good considering i was hungry and still pretty out of shape. i walked more then too though. im really close to work and my boyfriend drives me. its been winter tho but thats no excuse for last summer when i still didnt walk. if i had someone to walk with it would be different. spike is not a walker! i have no friends either so its difficult. i use to walk 2 hours mon through fri. i need to do that again. i barely work now so it shouldnt be a problem. thats a goal! i have a gym memebership but dont go as much as i should and i live 5 minutes away from it walking. thats just being lazy. i have lots of at home help to and just sit there watching tv. i eat too much still!!!!! but working on it. that to me is much harder than excersise. i like exsersice....BUT I LIKE FOOD TOO!!!!!!! anyways, i just recently got email so if i start today which is a good day to start, since its march first. if i blog everyday, it makes me realize i need to get up and work out. good reminder. so when im done here, im off to the gym.
