March Goals...

Since I havent really made many goals so I dont have much to stick to I thought I would try to set goals for myself starting with the month of March.

*At least 30 minutes of some form of cardio every day (a day off when I feel appropriate)

*At least 3 Strength training exercises everyday (a day off a week if/when I feel needed)

* Walk/Run/Bike at least 75 miles per month

*80ish ounces of water everyday

*By the 7th compleatly quit smoking

*Be confident that I did the most I could and put forth my best effort on all things I try

*~given that I am allowed to run again~ be running up to 1-1 1/2 miles with-out stopping

~No specific weight loss goal because I'm not going to set myself up for dissapointment if I dont reach it...but 10 pounds would be nice =D

    You can do it, girl! Way to go on quitting smoking!!!!!!

    Remember to take those 'rest days' seriously. You don't want to overdo anything and hurt yourself.

    Let's take March and rock it!!
