Well I challenged myself to be 220 by 1 Mar. Although i didn't make it, I still feel good today. I feel like I have made some healthy choices over the last few weeks and my clothese are starting to fit better. I took my new DL pic today. I finally hed my name changed to my married name since I've been married almost 4 years now. emoticon I liked the way I looked on it. I was cute!

Anyway, I challenge myself this month to do 45 mins of cardio each workout vs 30 mins.

Let's do this!!!!! emoticon
