"S" for Monday Challenge

Excuses. I am the queen of excuses for not moving in the morning - even though I know that I MUST exercise in the morning or it does not get done.

If it is not one thing it is another. Talked myself out of spin class this morning . I DO INDEED have a yucky sinus headache, but should I have gone anyway? Probably.

For that very reason I am going to do a DVD tonight - to confirm how much I hate doing exercise after work and remind myself of how much better I feel when it is done first thing in the morning.

Excuses are NON-PRODUCTIVE!!!

    Hey, remember to be kind to yourself too! Having a bad sinus headache is a good reason to skip a spin class! And you are so consistent with exercise usually - up at 5am, getting it done. It's not like you are always falling back on excuses.

    It's important to see our strengths, as well as our weaknesses, girl!

    I think similarly. Like to exercise in the AM and feel great. Struggle to follow through at night, but I am with you. A DVD tonight! Good commitment and fortitude!

    Way to focus on defeating your pitfalls!! Glad to see you are not giving up....even though you don't feel well!! Stick with it, it is hard after work but I find it much easier to do it before!!! emoticon
