Hoping for a healthy March

Well with the exception of a few good days here and there I have had some sort of illness for the past 2 months. It is incredibly frustrating; this last week was exceptionally difficult. I was so very tired and I kept craving the sugar/sweets/caffiene combo that would give me (fake and temporary) energy. I managed to avoid making cookies, or brownies or cake but I did open up a package of chocolate chips. Which I measured and recorded faithfully in my food journals.
So my fridge and pantry are filled with healthy foods, my dinner menu's are all set for the week and medicine's are hopefully doing their work. I'm going to count and record my running mileage for February and instead of getting down on myself about them I will just a new goal for March.
