28 days gone, but I will continue

I started this 28 days almost at my goal weight. I have been at goal and maintaining for about one year. But I felt myself slipping and although I was staying in my range, I had lost some of my motivation. That is why I purchased the book and began the 28 days. I did not lose weight. But reading the book and getting back to the discipline of exercise and being intentional about what I ate helped me to see I can stop myself from getting back to the yo-yo life. Also, reading the stories in the book, I was so impressed with the people who have had greater struggles than I and yet have persevered and succeeded. If they can overcome large obstacles and continue on in good cheer, I must not let small obstacles stand in my way. So now I have finished the 28 days, but with my refreshed attitude, I hope to stay the SP course throughout my life.
