Ok. I got bored. Then I gained some weight. Then I got depressed. So I hibernated for the winter. ;)

I'm back. I haven't weighed yet--have to wait till in the morning to weigh. I saw a sparkpeople article in the For Women First mag and decided I needed to get back on my program. So here I am. I don't think I'm back up to my starting weight--but close. I'm guessing about 286. So I'll see in the morning.

Tomorrow after I get off work I'll revamp my pages etc. Looking forward to finding out what y'all have been doing since I've been gone! ;)

    Welcome back! It's good to see you again.

    I did some relapsing of my own after I reached my 50 pound goal in October....

    I don't know what happened, I just... stopped doing everything that I learned and slipped right back into all of my old habits. I ended up gaining 22 pounds back.

    It's been a struggle to get my act together again, but I finally got back on track, and I'm back to losing again. SLOWLY. I still have 15 of the 'new' pounds to drop.

    We can do this!
