Starting a New kind of Diet Plan

I have found a new diet plan that I really want to commit to doing. It is over seen by a RN and backed by years and years of research and actual patients that have used it. I am willing to make a huge commitment to see if this diet plan is different and will work for me. It is a VERY restrictive diet but afterwards it has a progessive plan to get you back to normal eating without put weight back on. Today is the day I am starting my 7-day Detox. I am feeling very confident going into this but I intend to keep a daily journal while on this plan. For the detox portion I am limited to only fruits, vegetables, water, herbal tea but no sweeteners of any kind and no portien if possible. It says I can add protein if needed but highly recommends trying to go as long as possible without to get the best results. I think I can go 7-days without adding any protein. I really like fruits and veggies so I don't think it will be difficult to do. Well, I will keep you guys posted.
