I am trying Coach Nicole's "Cardio Blast" and "Fit, Firm & Fired Up" to try and shake up my metabolism. I have been exercising consistently for about two years (treadmill, elliptical) and need to try something different. Wow, what a workout! I didn't think it would be so challenging but it is. I am using muscles I didn't know I had.... I was not able to do every exercise in the 10 minute workout but now I can. I like her approach. She tells us to keep moving (marching in place) if you can't do every move right away, you will build up your strength. She is right. I am going to keep at it.
