When looking at my other goals tonight, I realized I had a slow week as far as exercise goes and I really do feel it. My energy is low, I feel kind of down & my stress levels have been higher. Just proves I do much better when I get more exercise.
I'm glad my walking partner will be back Monday so we can get back to our regular schedule. Plus tomorrow is suppose to be a really nice day, so I'm hoping I can take the kids out sledding & ice skating for a couple hours. That should be what I need to get me back on track.
