Today is the first saturday in a looooong time that I've gotten up and worked out. I knew i would need all the motivation I could get so i popped in my 20 min Turbo Jam DVD and got to it. My 7 yr old even worked out with me. I needed something different and more exciting than my typical weekly workout on the elliptical or treadmill. Don't get me wrong, I love the elliptical but the chances of me getting on it on the weekend is very slim. So now that i have started the day off right, I feel like the rest of the day will be a success as well. emoticon
