I've been doing really good the exercise lately. I signed up for an Iditawalk Challenge basically you have to walk 1049 minutes and it's supposed to represent the miles that the dogs run in the Alaskan Iditarod race. Well after 3 weeks I've finished that challenge and I'm still going strong. I'm trying to stay focus on this positive change I'm doing and not sabotaging myself by focusing on negatives and getting myself discourage.
