Skipped a day...

Missed walking on the dreadmill Wednesday due to "stomach issues" ('nuff said), but I got my 30 minutes/2mph in yesterday. Actually left the dreadmill "unfolded" so I'd trip over it this afternoon and not "forget" to get on it again! Eating plan is going well...down 3 lbs in a little more than a week. So it's all good...
