What is the best thing to do when sick, re: working out. I've tried laying low and letting my body recover but when you feel not to bad is it better to try to knock it out of yourself? Not being a patient person this is a big delema for me!

    I think mostly stretching and not too much cardio will help you feel better and stretch out those achy muscles. Follow your instincts and if you are able to do more comfortably then go for it. emoticon

    Not sure how "sick" sick is, but I've had a head cold for a week and my body is screaming to stay in bed under lots of covers.

    But, I've found that I actually feel better if I get outside in some fresh air. It's cold out there, so I have to bundle up. So do a light workout with lots of stretches.
