This day sucks.

Thursday, February 25, 2010

I got to work early today and worked out a bit. Did a couple of strength training exercises, figuring I'd do the rest when I got home.

I found out today that someone special to me is dying. And that another person that was special to me is dead.

I don't feel like strength training anymore.
Might just go for a walk.

emoticon At times like these, it's perfectly understandable not to feel up to exercising. I think a walk sounds like just the thing, I hope it makes you feel a little better.

If possible spend time with the one dying, share memories. Keep them in prayer . Exercise is a wonderful stress releaser. I know your friend that died would want you to remember them with a smile on your face and good thoughts. Keeping you in prayer. Hugs. Pat

Cry hard and think of your memories for the special person you lost.

Pray for the one who is dying and share as much time as you can with the friend who is dying.

Strength training will be there tomorrow, your friend may not be.

Control what you eat and exercise later. Pray, Pray, Pray. The Lord knows your heart and will be there to comfort you and your friend if you include him.

I am so sorry for your losses. I guess nothing I say will make it better. Just know celebrate their life and not their deaths. We all have to leave at some point. Please know you are in my prayers. emoticon emoticon
