Wish me luck Sparkfriends for I am out to rock that scale of mine

emoticon Turtles don't move very fast but they DO get to the Finish Line!! All it takes is perseverance and patience.
emoticon Make sure you are getting all your water and not dropping your calories TOO low. That seems counterintuitive, but it is HARDER to lose weight if we don't give our bodys the fuel they need.
Hang in there. emoticon We CAN do this!!

I am doing the same, increase the time and working harder. Each time I record the time and distance and once a week try to beat it. Keep going my friend, you can do it!!

Mix it up a little if you can (speed and incline). If you do the same thing over & over or use the same muscles over & over, your body becomes super efficient so you still get cardio benefit but not as much weight loss benefit.

Having said that, I'm in the same boat....been working my butt off (both strength and cardio AND mixing it up) and the scale went UP last week. I'm attributing that to the fact that I quit smoking but still, I feel your pain.

I love your attitude - NEVER give up! emoticon

Good luck, that is a lot of treadmill. For me, when my body does not drop pounds, it usually drops inches. For some reason I cannot have both at the same time.

I worked out an hour a day (different aerobic exercises) every day for 28 days and the scale never clothes fit much better now though and after a discouraging weekend - and no exercise for a week, I'm back to working out every other day and the scale is finally moving (slowly, but at least it's moving - downward) - don't give up and don't over work it! emoticon
