P90X- Yoga X

Today's P90X dvd was Yoga X.
Now, I'm not a huge yoga fan. But, I planned to give it a go. Especially after the stressful day I had! I enjoyed the moves, the repetition of it, and for a while I was only focused on the movements my body made and my breathing. But when I looked at the timer on the screen-- it said I had an hour left!

The entire video runs one hour and thirty minutes long! In my opinion, that's too long! I got bored with it with 30 minutes left, so I stopped after one hour. I can see how it's a good stress reliever and good for gaining flexibility and strength, but I honestly would have enjoyed doing Cardio X or Core Synergistics again.

The good thing is that I only have Yoga once a week, so I don't have to do it again until next Wednesday!

Tomorrow is Legs and Back with Ab Ripper X!

    I find the yoga too long too. I think it is actually best if you can do the workout on a day that you don't have to work and you don't have a million things to do....but I guess that's part of the challenge. I wish it was shorter too! I understand the purpose of it and I agree it helps with the flexibility so that it why I choose to push through it. Good luck to you!!

    I only did 45 minutes of Yoga so you beat me and good for you for looking at it from the positive point. I was thinking "I have to do this again next week??? That sucks." After reading how positive you are I must revamp my attitude!!!!! Thanks for that!
