An end to the procrastinator!!?

I struck upon a plan this morning.

I have been meaning to do this for a while, but I actually did it today!

I made a timetable including all the things I want to do. No biggie in itself, I've done this thousands of times before, but there is a difference in my approach this time!

Firstly, as a person who never has time, I am stunned by the huge blank spaces...even with allowing certain time for exercise, reading etc....that's total free-time!!

Secondly, I am going to use the timetable in a different way.
In the past, I have found that I will miss something out; I'll have a phonecall, or Bob has an appointment, or I just can't be bothered to do something and I would miss the next thing because I am still trying to get around to doing the first, then the timetable is out the window on day one!

This time around, I am sticking to it properly; according to the planner, I should have gone to the library this morning, but because I only did the planner today, I hadn't arranged for that, so instead I have found other things to do for that hour.
I am determined that this time, missing one activity won't impact on the next. If it is missed, there is no turning back the clock, I just pick up where I left off.

On which note, I now need to sign off so that I can have a quick cuppa before my next.

See, I didn't get to the library, but it hasn't impacted on the next thing I want to do!

A good start....hope it works out, just watch this space!!
